What Causes Tightness In Chest And Itching On The Palms?
I feel like I have a bubble in my chest, it's like a tightness... it was worse when I laid down but still bothersome. I also feel and itchy/burning all over. It started on the palms of my hands and soles of my feet but now it's throughout my body. I keep breaking out in hives but no real rash or dry skin that would cause the itching. It feels like it's my nerves are going crazy.
What you are experiencing is possible allergic reaction, most probably related to breaking out in hives.
I highly advise to go to ER and get evaluated as you might need anti-allergy shots for few days together with oral anti-allergic therapy. I insist to go and see an allergologist for further evaluation.
Meanwhile, I advise to: - take anti-hystamine drug (you might find them as over the counter) - avoid contact with the allergen (if you know it) - have lukewarm to cold bathes
Hope it helped! Dr.Albana
