I understand your concern. Vasectomy reversal may not all that be effective. I also believe that you might need to have an IVF or IUI if you have some abnormal morphology in your semen analysis. An IVF specialist would be the ideal doctor to consult along with your partner to conceive a baby and for the chances for doing so being very high. I hope this helps.
