Can Keralyt Gel Be Used For Hep C?

I would like to know if it is safe to use Keralyt Gel (salicylic acid) 6% if I have Hep C. I currently have no symptoms from Hep C but I watch what I put in or on my body. The podiatrist said it would be OK but would like another opinion before I start using it.

It is safe to use this drug. Also, being a topical agent, there is very little reason to get afraid of this. Please, there is effective tretament for hep c with minimal side effects as opposed to the past. Ask your doctor about this and see if it is something that you would want to consider.
