Could Red And Swollen Toe Be A Fungal Infection?

Big Toe is red, slightly swolled. Pain is mostly in the right corner of the toe, there small yellow skin (kinda of like a small bubble) on the right of the nail. The nail itself is fine. Is it a fungal infection or a infection due to ingrown toenails?

Fungal infection is less likely as your toe nail is fine.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
