Can i exercise with Umbilical hernia ?
I have a supraumbilical hernia discovered yesterday. It is about 50mm diameter and about 10mm depth. I was told an ultrasound scan would be 10 days wait. Prior condition MI (2003) and diabetes so I need exercise. Will bicyle riding be damaging
I've been working out for about 4-5 weeks and i've started to notice a lump right under my right rib cage. It's about 2-2 1/2 inches wide, I have a the lump on right under my left rib cage as well but its much smaller, could this be a hernia or just muscle forming?
What could be symptoms of hernia or muscle strain?
