Lastly my body hurts. not to the touch but like a sensitive pain. if I hit something or bump into something lightly it hurts more than usual. Oh one last thing. Hi

You seem to be suffering from a viral infection.
You are developing various symptoms of a viral infection.
Fever, body pains, loss of appetite ,swollen lymph nodes, skin rash and itching are all signs of a viral infection.
I would advise you to take proper rest.
Drink plenty of fluid and water.
See a physician if the fever persists.
