I have purpuric rash, very achy hands in morning especially, and /sore legs especially shins. My cheeks and head feel bruised but are not, I currently have 22 bruises on my body many without explanation. I bleed a very small amount with brushing teeth and blowing nose. My FBC was normal. Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It seems that you might be having purpura. There are many types of purpura. And there may be some cause of your disease. I advise youto consult dermatologist immediately for firm diagnosis. After thorough examination, history taking and investigations , he might come to some conclusion about the diagnosis and its cause. Then accordingly he might treat you. He might advise you to apply thrombophob oint. on the the purpuric patches. He might give you medications like vitamin K and C. And might give the treatment of the cause. Do not worry , you may be alright, but do not forget to consult nearby dermatologist. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
