CT Scan Shows Sphenoid Sinus Infection. Taken Bactrim. Dizziness, Ear Pressure, Eye Pain

I was told throw a ct scan that I have sphenoid sinus infection on 8 1. I have been on antibs since with just 1 week brake. did ok with the first 7 day round then it was back in 1 week dizzy sick pressure ear and eye pain. then back to er for more meds and now on third round of Bactrim . so dehydrated went to er on sunday by squad. I told them I cant take oral meds like that its been to long now I cant eat and im allergic to almost all of them. im down to 84 lbs and im 49yrs old and this has been going on since 07. I just cant tolerate anymore meds. I c my doc in the morning how do I make her c I cant do this. I need a shot or iv.

The best suggestion would be to undergo nasal endoscopy. It would indicate whether you need a endoscopic sinus surgery or not. Ask your doc to do it on you. God bless
