Chest Pain Above Breast, Pain From Armpit To Breast. Cause?

I have been having pain in my chest from the right to the center and to the left...its been mostly in the center and the left, feels like dull pain at times and a sharp pain at other times. Most of the pain is above my left breast and i get shooting pains from my left arm pit to my left breast....what could be the cause of this? this has been going on off and on for about a month!

This pain doesnt look like it is originating from the heart.
It can be however a pain of pneumonitis if you also have a fever or mild grade feverish feeling.
I will ask you to kindly get a chest Xray done and an ECG to rule out
