Your blood pressure is on the upper limit of normal and your pulse is slightly fast. If you are a smoker, overweight, have just been exercising, or have taken stimulating medications or drugs these could all explain your (slightly) high readings. I would relax, and have your BP and pulse measured again by a nurse or another healthcare worker. (Don't rely on automatic machines)
I have had extreme fatigue with little exertion. Passed couple of mornings feels like something is sitting on my chest. Took bp and pulse 158/102 p-102
I suggest you get your blood pressure checked by your doctor. You may need blood pressure medication.
