Swollen Knee. Not Able To Straighten The Leg. Opinion?

My left knee has been swollen for the past 2 months. I'm unable to straighten it back properly. Not much severe pain, just "toothache" type pain, there all the time. No accidents etc. Just developed gradually. Would like your opinion thank you. Chris.

Have just continued on, but am unable to afford payment. Sorry to trouble you.

Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Gautam Sipani's  Response
Hello, knee swelling can be due to various reasons as per age criteria. You are having extension problem too, so you are unable to straighten. My advise will be to go for a clinical check up at least to find out the pathology. Thank you
