Are Painful Lumps On Back Of Neck And On Head Serious?

I can not turn my head to far to the left for about 6 days now woke up yesterday morning feeling a lump on back of my neck to the right side were my neck and skull meet and now another lump showed up hurts to touch it or even brush my hair how can I ease the pain and do you think it is serious?

Hi,
These may be lymph nodes that have enlarged due to infection. They can be tender when inflamed. Take paracetamol and ibuprofen.
If they are still present in 3 weeks you should see your doctor for investigations
