Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
From your history it seems that she might have some gastric problem like indigestion, gastritis or hyper acidity.
Give her light diet, avoid junk food.
Give her plenty of water, butter milk.
You may give her some digestive enzymes or some ranitidine type medicines after consulting your doctor.
For generalized fatigue and weakness, give her some multivitamin supplements.
Ok and bye.
