Hi Mitchh29 !For what you are taking Naproxen? The dose you took last night is definitely on a higher side ( usual dose is 500-1000mg a day in most cases). The medicine should not be taken in empty stomach to avoid acidity and vomiting. Presently you should take a proton pump inhibitor and an antacid liquid. Hello! Yes, it can be peptic ulcer indeed. Other stomach issue like an inflammation, Helicobacter Pylori infection is also possible. Pain in upper middle abdomen can be present. In case of gallstones, pain is in the left upper abdomen and radiates to the back. Food poisoning (fever, diarrhea) or pregnancy (nausea in the morning) should be also considered. Regards.
