Knee Hit Concrete On Falling, Wound Healing. Yellow Stuff Comes Out While Removing Cover. Cure?
I fell a week ago and landed on my right knee on concrete. I shaved off a section of skin about 3" by 2". It was healing up until recently. It's begun to heal and is now about 1" by 1 1/2". The edges (for about 1/2" - 3/4" around) are bright red and the top has stayed moist now - scab won't quite develop. I let it air out during the day and cover it at night, but every time I pull the covering off a layer of yellowish stuff comes off and stays on the gauze. Wondering how I should continue to treat it.

Knee hit on concrete causes infection which inturn causes pus formation.avoid dressing of the lesion because whenever u remove the dressing scab will be opened and pus flows out.hence it should be kept open use nadoxin powder in the morning and t bact ointment in the night can cure the condition
