What Are Symptoms For Anxiety?

I am a 29 yr old female and I have been diagnosed with anxiety/panic disorder as of the beginning of Oct. 2011. I am now on 10mg of Citalopram which I have been taking for about 2-3 months now. I seem to be doing well with the medication, but the last 2 weeks I've been experiencing some things. My vision has been blurry and sometimes lights bother me, I also have been feeling light headed and very tired. I also have some mild chest pains in the center of my chest and sometimes my arms almost feel as though they are a little numb or have mild pains run through them. Is this all normal with anxiety?

Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

The symptoms, which you have mentioned, are more towards anxiety disorder. In that case, you need continuous treatment with antidepressant. You can either increase the dose of citalopram or could try some relaxation exercise. Both would help to control the anxiety symptoms. Rest, you can discuss with your psychiatrist. In case, you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
