Pre diabetes is FBS (110 to 126), do an FBS, PPBS(150 -200 range) combined with hba1c (5.7 to 6.4) suggestive of pre diabetes and there's no harm in life style modifications like exercise and diet modifications bcoz you have family history of diabetes and if you are overweight do reduce your weight quickly
