The causes of back pain are multiple and varied. Some are:poor sitting posture , back muscle strain, excess weight, disc herniation, infection, fractured vertebrae, , menstrual cramps, uterine myomas etc. They are multiple and varied. Please seek consultation if it is worrisome to get an appropriate diagnosis and management plan.
