Is It Normal To Have Bumps On The Scalp ?

I noticed when I was combing my hair I felt a small bump on the back of my head . I have absolutely no idea how I got it. I do play sports and I might have gotten hit and did not notice the bump till now. I am a 14 year old female. And I found another really small bump close to my right ear. Should I be concerned?

Thanks for query,
the bump you got on the back of the head may be sebacious cyst. if it is of recent origin and gives pain it may be due to some hit on the head while having sports
second bump near your ear may some lymph node enlarged.
