What Is The Cause Of Tightness In My Neck With Dizziness?

Hi there, I have had this slightly painful for lack of a better description "rush" on both sides of my neck behind my ear near my jugular as I feel this rush I also feel a tightness in my neck at the same area, and then become dizzy. What could cause this? It freaked me out a bit, I worry about strokes or blood clots

Feeling of tightness in neck and diziness. This is not sign of stroke and blood clot. Maximum you should think of cervical spondilosis. x-ray cervical spine should be taken. If positive than should use neck collar. Sleep without pillow. Neck exercise can be recommended.
