Thanks for your query. Your problems may be due to compression over the nerves in lower spine or, lower back muscles might have gone into spasm. Vitamin B12 deficiency too can produce leg pains. Irregular, painful periods can lead to pelvic infection which too can cause low backache. Discuss your problems with your doc. Take regular Mecobalamin 1500 micrograms/day.
Hello, my neighbor (f/70) is having lower back pain where the kidneys sit. Said her urine is darker, pain down her leg. Dr in 2 days. Kidney or sciatica??
