What Is The Interpretation Of My Blood Pressure Report ?

I am a 56 year old woman, slightly overweight and am getting high blood pressure readings: 142/96 a.m. - 144/100 p.m. pulse 82 116/89 a.m. - 157/99 p.m. pulse 92 120/90 a.m. - 154/98 p.m. pulse 87 Should I be concerned about this and what should I do please.. Many thanks Sue

Hello .. madam..
welcome to HCM
as per ur records it suggest that u have High Blood Pressure and u need medication.
again if u have recorded ur BP with Automatic BP Recorder, which is said to be less accurate,
its always better to consult ur physician for examination and medication. any how if i consider ur records are correct u should start medication along with life style modifications, like avoid oil/salt/non-vegetarian and regular exercise, yoga, pranayama etc.
