Have Problem Ejaculating. Left Testicle Is Painful. Taking Medication For Enlarged Prostate. Treatment?

i am a male and have been having a problem ejaculating for about a month and also my left testacle is very painful to the touch .i take medication for enlarged prostate also. so i dont know wether its because of the enlarged prostate or something else. it would be a relief to ejaculate, and the pain to go away in my left testacle.hoping this is nothing serious and can be treated with medication. thank you

You could only get appropriate and effective treatment
if the right diagnosis is made.
From what you have presented, i think you are suffering
from prostatitis and orchitis.
However, it is necessary to do an ultrasound to have an
image of the prostate, testes and other urinary tract, urinalysis,
etc. so as to have a better idea of what is going on.
