Does The Lab Report Indicate Celiac Disease?

after I had a stomache ache for 2 months and burping I my dr rues some tests BMP was normal LFT was normal Amylase and Lypse normal h. pylori normal but for celiac I had my lab results as follow ttg Ab IgA : 34 ( positive ) and TTG Ab Ig G :2,4 normal Gliadin Ab IgA and IgG both normal my dr said results are inconclusive for celiac disease and recommended gluten free diet do I have celiac or don t I

Thank you for your question.
If you have diarrhea with positive TTG then you most likely do have celiac disease but this needs to be confirmed by endoscopy and biopsy.
