Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

Frequent urination could be caused by a number of conditions. But the two I shall shed light on are the most likely ones.

1. Urinary tract infection (UTI): Symptoms include frequent urination, increased urge to urinate, burning sensation while urinating, fever, chills, lower abdominal pain. Although not all symptoms need to be present. Diagnosis is made by a urine analysis.

2. Diabetes: Frequent urination is associated with diabetes, along with increased thirst, loss of weight, etc. A blood test to check your glycaemic profile would be required.

Please consult a doctor to be elaborately evaluated. in the meantime you can have plenty of fluids ad cranberry juice.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.
