Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the secondary infection of the lymph glands due to the lice infestation of the hair,or boils in the scalp.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms permithrin lotion for scalp application.ofloxacin, ornidazole, citrizine, and diclofenac sodium.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
