What are the post instructions for after getting your wisdomteeth pulled?
1. Initially replace Gauze every 45 minutes.
2. Try sleeping in a reclining position, place ice packs on the site of surgery.
3. Liquid Diet and no Solid food (chewing) or Machinery Activities.
4. Regular Rinsing and avoid excessive jaw opening like yawning,talking,eating.
ok so i got my wisdomteethremoved Thursday and my jaw still hurts and i am dizzy and sleepy all the time even after i have slept.
It may occur due to the generalized inflamatory response of the body. It will take some time. Use adequate pain killers like diclofenc or naproxen sodium.

Had a wisdomteeth extraction. The site seems to be healing quickly but the gum one of teeth by extraction site hanging/not connected to the toothIs this normal
after going through your medical problem my advise would be there is nothing to worry this is very normal after extraction as there is space left out after teeth removal, the gum and the bone will heal and be connected slowly like normal. the complete healing will take 1 month, although the pain will subside in 5-7 days.
