I have a really bad shoulder pain after a bout of heavy drinking is this a heartattack
Hi, thanks for the question.
heartattack has many other symptoms apart from arm pain.
do you have short of breathing or chest pain or cold sweating?
are you smoker, or obese or heavy alcohol drinker?
do you have diabetes or high blood pressure?
do you have high cholesterol?
most causes of arm pain comes from the arm itself anyway

How do a woman know that she has an heartattack?
She may have chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, nausea, pain in left arm or jaw, weakness, changes in heartbeat, or combinations. Occasionally there are few or no symptoms, especially in people with diabetes. The only way to know for sure is to have an EKG and blood tests. If there are symptoms like this, emergency services should be contacted immediately. Hope this answers your query.
