Suffering From Headaches And Dizziness.

I have been experiencing headaches for the past few weeks. They are not overly painful, but they brought up some concern for me. They are located all over my head, not centralized to one spot. I have pressure in my temples, behind my eyes, and the back of my head tends to be sore. The top of my head sometimes aches a little bit. I have been taking some sinus medicine and it has relieved it somewhat in the moment. I also feel very strange visually. My vision isn't blurry or anything, it's just kind of...off. I feel like I should be off balance, but I'm walking perfectly fine. My head feels like it's spinning, but I can walk perfectly fine....I know that doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I had migraines when I was younger and still sometimes do, but these headaches are different. I am super super worried that I may have a brain tumor or something. I went in for a physical about 2 weeks ago, and the doctor told me my blood tests, urine tests, and chest xray came back just fine. I am in a constant state of fear, I cry a lot, and I fear that I am slowly dying or something. I used to be super super super happy and peppy, but now my mind is just focused on having that tumor and being super scared all the time. These headaches are very strange to me and I am extremely weirded out by the strange vision issues. Please, let me know if you can relate, if you have had these same symptoms and what came of it, because my doctor is going to tell me that I am just fine, I know it....

Whenever I see patients with this same complaint, it ends up being a misalignment of one of the top two vertebrae in the neck. Usually just one or two visits to a chiropractor is all it takes to correct this and get rid of the headaches.

I had all the same symptoms and was recently diagnosed with depression/anxiety. Talk to a psychiatrist about what you are experiencing. Feeling as if you are slowly dying and thinking you may have a more serious illness can be a symptom of the depression. I spent a month going to the emergency room and going to see my physician until I was referred to a psychiatrist. I am now on antidepressants and am also getting therapy.

i know what you are talking about. it is vertigo associated with migraine and as your tests have come back negative u have nothing to worry but do get treated for migraine as it will reduce your dizziness and blurred vision as there will be recurrent episodes if u dont
