looks like your suffering from connective tissue disorder,
because of you have elevated cd8 count and joint and muscle pain indicating connective tissue defect
get yourself examined by general physician give detailed history for further investigation and management.

White patch on the tongue with pain could be due to candidisis or inflamed leukoplakia. You may have to first start on antifungal and observe the response.
