For reducing weight there is only one formula, you have to go for jogging daily 20-30 minutes slowly until you sweat, see you are only 23 so jogging wont be a problem for you,besides that pay some attention on your diet like you should avoid fatty fried food,binge food,ghee,butter,red meat,cheese,etc.
You can include in your diet like fibers,fruits,green leafy vegetables,salads,milk,egg,etc.
See you have to keep your exercise on for at least 2-3 months, continuously of course rest in the weekends, you can some times modify your exercise like in the form of
yoga or
meditation.
It is a time taking lengthy process, requires strong determination,motivation from in-self, constant and balanced approach, the net result will be fruitful.
