High BP, Gastritis, Pharyngitis. Vegetarian Diet Plan To Reduce Weight?

hi i am Rajib from Bangalore. I am 27 years old, 5.6 ft tall and almost around 80 kg in weight. Please give me a proper Indian style vegetarian diet plan with exercise plan to reduce my weight(i also have male boobs) and gastritis problem. Medical complicacy s that i have are high blood pressure , gastritis and pharyngitis

hi rajib.. you need to first if all start with brisk walk for 45 mins atleast to help reduce blood pressure and weight.. eat small high fiber meals every 2-3 hours like fruits, nuts, salads, sprouts, egg whites, chana kurmura etc ..try avoiding wheat and milk to subside your gastritis problem..avoid fried, junk, sweets and processed food...have oats upma/ poha/ idli for breakfast, salads with lunch and dinner.. have a light dinner like soups, salads and veggie/ chicken/ fish.. drink lots of water.. rest well..
