My husband has Type 2 diabetes (31 units of Lantus once a day), (Glyburide/Metformin 2.5/500 mg twice a day)blood pressure problems (Lysinopril/hctz 20/12.5 mg once a day and heart problems (Digoxin 0.25 mg once a day), Pradaxa (150 mg two times a day), (Metoprolol Tart 100 mg once a day). Is it safe for him to take OTC Benadryl?
Hello, Benadryl is avoided if you are taking any other products which can cause drowsiness like alcohol,other anti histaminics,anti anxiety medicines,muscle relaxants and narcotic pain killers.
