Friend Is In Liver Failure From A Drug Prescribed For Foot Fungus. Is He Having Long Life Span?
Friend is in liver failure from a drug prescribed for foot fungus. He was just rejected for a liver transplant, at age 60, because of heart issues. He was just sent home with hospice. After a visit yesterday, he is very yellow, even in his eyes. Is walking and eating, but has trouble sometimes, processing thoughts. I hate this question, but does he have much time? That you for your time.

I am so sorry to hear about what your friend is going through but to be honest, he has very few months to live. It is hard and very direct but I believe being honest and truthful upfront would help heal the wounds down the road.
