What Causes Itchiness And Rashes Under Armpits/stomach?
A few days ago I itched very badly under my arm pits under my breasts band under my tummy fat. I live in canada and due to a dry ness in the apartment I blamed that. I made sure I bathed frequently changed underwear after wearing
And made sure my humidifier was as high as possible. It as eased and now only troubles me on my stomach.
I went swimming this morning and it is now showing a slight rash should I be concerned

I can understand your concern for itchiness and rashes under armpits/stomach.
This can be due to scratching or due to "contact allergic dermatitis". Due to scratching of the area it leads to further aggravation of the problem. So the most important part in her treatment is to not even touch the area unnecessarily.
For the betterment you need to take proper treatment from dermatologist. Both oral and topical steroids will be need to take care of the problem.
In between do warm compresses for multiple times a day and apply any bland moisturizing cream such as liquid paraffin for multiple times a day. A topical steroid containing fluticasone or mometsone for few days gives quite good relief.
She will be alright by proper dermatological care.
