Need Explanation On Ultrasound Results.

i just got my ultrasound results that read: 1- fibroids 2- subendometrial echogenic focus 3- complex ovarian cyst 4- small amount of free fluid in the cul de sac I m 45, 200 lbs, done having kids, have very heavy menstrual bleeding, which is why i have been going through this testing.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.

Your report is saying that you have masses in the uterus , which must be a reason of the heavy bleeding.
You also have a complex ovarian cyst- this is also needed to be excised ( removed and subjected to pathology examination to prove that this is not a cancer. )
The free fluid into cul-de- sac appears to be due to the problem of the uterus and the ovaries .

You need to undergo surgery.
