Please Tell Me About My Echocardiography

i have made a echocardiography on my heart after having severe pain for many times within the past 5 years..i am 23 now.. the result said THERE IS A MILD PROLAPSE OF PMVL GRADE 1 WITH TRIVIAL LATE SYSTOLIC TERBULANCE...MVP OF MILD DEGREE.. i dont understand what that means..and is it what's causing the pain and if there's any treatment for it thanks
