Sweating, Nausea, Diarrhea. Diabetic. Family History Of Hypertension, Heart Disorders, Diabetics

I am 68 y,o female, diabetic. Recently I have started profuse sweating (unusual for me) with clamminess, nausea, diarrhea. Blood sugars have been up and down and some low readings in night or early am. I have been taking insulin since 1987 and this sweating is new. My family history is hypertension, diabetes and heart disorders. This sweating comes on without warning and not when my sugar is low. Could this be my heart?
