Could Black Spots Appearing On Body Be Melanoma?

i have black spot on my right palm - it appeared few days (weeks )ago, recently it appeared two more, one on the palm, and one on the finger, near the nail. I started to check the whole body and found one small on the neck. All of them one millimeter or less, very dark. Do you think it can be melanoma?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for writing to HCM.
You may get moles at any age. You need to worry only when asymmetry, irregular border, change of colour, increase in diameter more than 0.5cm or evolution occurs.
If you have doubts you can confirm the pathology by taking biopsy in the affected area. kindly consult your dermatologist for biopsy procedure and confirmatory diagnosis.

Regards.
