Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic,

100 gram of Corn containing 360 kcal, Dietary fiber 4.6 gram, Glycemic index is 80( GI is a measure of the effects of carbohydrates on blood sugar levels)
Corn GI is rating high, (higher glycemic index of 70 and above. 55 and under is low GI, 56 to 69 is medium GI)

By considering the all value we will suggest, your blood glucose level is high better to avoid corn, if your blood glucose level is under control you can have corn weekly once.
