What Are The Treatments For Muscle Spasm?
Good morning...Doing my Thanksgiving holidays I compete with my cousin dancing and splitting but I jump and split and my right leg has been in excruiating pain since. I suffer from muscle spasm in leg and foot. And also Im in pain while driving my car.

It seems that you might be having some strain on thigh muscles and went into spasm.
Take muscle relaxant medicine with NSAID medicine for 2-3 days.
Do hot fomentation on the part.
Apply some muscle relaxant cream locally.
