What Is The Treatment Fot The Bundle Branch Block?

I recently had a heart cath that showed the worst blockages were 90% x 4.I was told that the arteries were to small to stent and also to small to bypass. I also have a left bundle branch block. They are planning on managing it with meds like lipitor, nitroglycerin, and pletal. I am a 39 year old female 135 lbs 5 ft 3inches. Would it be in my best interest to seek a 2nd opinion ?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really understand your concern, Left bundle branch is a electrophysiological phenomenon of heart (Conduction abnormality) that may not manifest unless it is very sever (Complete block) then this gives syncope like symptoms, in such situation the only option is pacemaker, otherwise less sever case can be managed medically but for that total cardiac evaluation is must, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
