What Is This Extra Bone Growth In My Wrist ?

Hi, am 27 years old, male, i used to write properly/normally since beginning till almost 3 years ago, when i found it difficult to hold a pen properly, for last 3 -3.5 years i really struggle to write. i feel that there is an extra bone growth in my wrist, but the x-ray report is normal.. i can do every other activity with my hand perfectly except to write.. Is it a neurological problem??

If every thing else is normal and there are no tremors or muscular wasting or dystrophy no tingling etc. then it should be more of a psychological problem than neurological. However get the investigations done.
