Suggest Treatment For Blood Clot In Heart
I had a heart attack in September with damage to my heart. Lad artery. Ejection fraction is around 40. Did an echocardiogram and they have found a blood clot in heart. Gave me the symptoms of a stroke and advised I go to ER immediately if I have a stroke. Put me on blood thinner and aspirin. Said heart was not pumping blood out fast enough. Discontinued plavix. Do I just go on with life until I have a stroke or is there anything to do proactively?

I think you have to go on with your life. The most important thing is to keep on with anticoagulation until the clot is fixed inside the ventricle. From September until now the clot must be well fixed so there is a little to worry about. You should check with an echocardiography.
