Suggest Treatment For Weight Loss And Irregular Periods For A Diabetic

I'm diagnosed as diabetic when in was 17 and I began to suffer from depression. My mood swings rapidly especially this year. In 2012 I became severly depressed from April to May and I lost lots of weight but I wasnt underweight , after that I became better alittle that I gained 2 kgs and I wasn't satisfied cause I liked my shape when I was skinny and beautiful on April but I started to think more about good to the extent that I gained extra 2 kgs to be additional 4 or 5 kgs I tried to become a low- carb dieter again( by eliminating pasta, bread and rice) but I couldn't uphill now, another thing is that I missed my period for 3 months and I'm not married . Do I suffer from anorexia ? Or do I have ovarian problem? . I binge now alot and then I cry cause I feel ashamed of myself, I used to be a girl who is not focusing on food at all but now I am. And that's not good to overeat when u r diabetic . Please help me cause I'm tired and I want to be skinny again and have a regular menstrual cycle again . Thank you
