yes, I have suddenly noticed red whelps appearing on just my upper body. They initially appear as if they are flea bites, but then the circle grows larger, no pimple appears, no blistering, and no oozing. There is minor itching and there are no patches and no real pattern to where they are appearing. This started about 10 days ago and so far I have about 10 spots on my right upper arm and about 10 spots on my stomach and only one below the waist on the right upper outside of my right thigh. These started appearing after I spent about 8 hours using a weed-eater to cut down some tall weeds on Saturday 16 April.
