Yeast,pus And Epithelial Cells In Stool

im 38yrs old,female,have been suffering from loose stools since the past ten days.just once a day in the mornings. had a rotine stool test done today which showed 'occasional' pus cells and epithelial cells. vegetable cells were present and yeast cells present.what does this indicate?there is no mucos or blood.
