What Are The Ill Effects Of Poor Sterilization?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I was wondering about autoclaves. I work @ a dentist office & i saw a white chunk stain on an instrument used to sread filling on a tooth. the dentist used this stained instrument and i was cared to say anything to him duiring the procedure. now I feel awful because i do not want to infect anyone or pass blood. Is is ok?
