what antidepressant would you suggest in a 22yr old woman who is 23 weeks with 1st child. Has had one episode of seizure while asleep in 2012 in the context of long work hours, social engagements with some alcohol. Tests did not indicate seizure activity, father is well maintained on anticonvulsants for 20 yrs.
recently her anxiety has increased with poor sleep and fluctuating moods.she has a supportive family and partner. Her mother had a history of PND and has been on antidepressants since birth of her children.
