well i hope for atleast a suggestion, i had colon surgery in Nov (total prolapse of colon) and reposition, since thin i cant find a balance ( 1. day total constipation, to the point of not emptying bladder bowels too full, 2. day gas, gas, gas, it hurt in hip and center when i finally release some, 3. back and forth, back and forth, 4 try not to push and get nauseated and worst is have to use suppositories and sometimes just a little enemma to started me because now my anus is really small but i feel back up and every thing trys to come out at once the whole is too small even with soft stool, my body feels healthier sine the surgery, i can get it right
